  • 5,75 kg of chicken
  • 1,6 kg of peanuts
  • 50 portions of spinach
  • 120 tins of sardines

1 to 2 softgels per day, preferably taken with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Food supplements are not a replacement for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
