配送 Shipping

所有香港本地訂單均享有免費送貨。

所有台灣地區的訂單，若消費金額在$2500之內，則每張訂單需支付運費$300。
若消費金額在$2500以上，則每張訂單需支付運費$400。

我們的本地送貨合作夥伴是順豐速運，一般而言，在網上付款後，貨品會在3至5個工作天內送達。

All orders within Hong Kong are eligible for free shipping.

All orders in Taiwan will incur a shipping fee based on the total purchase amount. If the purchase amount is within $2500, a shipping fee of $300 will be charged per order. If the purchase amount is above $2500, a shipping fee of $400 will be charged per order.

Our sole local delivery partner is SF-Express, and generally, it takes 3-5 business days for delivery after online payment is made.

 

退貨 Return

我們會在收到貨品後7天內，酌情接受退貨或換貨，但前提是產品在收貨前已經損壞，或訂購的貨品與實際交付的貨品存在差異。接受退貨或換貨的決定由我們酌情決定。

We will accept returns or exchanges of goods within 7 days of receiving the goods, but only if the product was damaged before receipt or if there was a discrepancy between the ordered product and the delivered product. The decision to accept the return or exchange is at our discretion.
